Please note that all floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. While we do our best to replicate the arrangements shown in photos, the exact variety of blooms may vary. Rest assured, all substitutions are made with flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and quality.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon). Orders can be made online or by phone. Please note that flower selection may be limited for same-day orders, depending on current availability.

All deliveries are hand-delivered with care. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do accept time requests and will make every effort to accommodate them. A delivery fee will apply to each arrangement ordered. This fee varies based on the delivery location and will be calculated at the time of ordering. We deliver Monday through Sunday.

Deliveries to Business Addresses

When sending flowers to a company or office, please provide the business name, floor or suite number, and a contact phone number. Due to building security policies, some locations may not allow reception or front desk staff to accept deliveries. In such cases, the arrangement must be received directly by the recipient or an authorized colleague.
